Interview – My Husband, Brady Cragun – Personal Trainer

This week is a pretty cool week because I will be interviewing my husband, Brady Cragun! 🎊 He is pretty amazing… But I may be biased! 😉

Brady was a personal trainer for many years, knows a thing or two about exercise and has a deep passion for fitness!

And as I have talked about before, Principle #9 of Intuitive Eating is “Exercise – Feel the Difference.” And Thus, it is so important for our overall health!
