The 9th Principle of Intuitive Eating is Exercise – Feel the Difference.

We are from now on, going to exercise to FEEL the difference.

How do you feel as you do your activity of choice?

Or are you even allowing yourself to really do your activity of choice?

Anything counts as long as you are moving your body.

It may be hard, after years of working out to burn the most calories, but get uncomfortable with this idea and experiment.

If you take nothing from this principle – just remember to ask yourself 2 HOW questions,

  1. How do I feel? 
  2. And how do I LIKE to move my body?
